The Recirculation is a once-a-year opportunity for investors to invest in Ravensource. Each year, Ravensource investors have the right to redeem their units for 100% of net asset value. In turn, Ravensource can recirculate — i.e. resell — those units to interested investors. The Recirculation offers a once-a-year opportunity for investors to buy more units of Ravensource than are usually available in the market.
Ravensource has engaged BMO Nesbitt Burns as recirculation agency to ensure orders are settled correctly and efficiently. The details for this year’s Recirculation Opportunity are:
